the breakfast buffet included many options , like local dishes and western pastries. the water park on site was very convenient , especially the slides designed for younger children.
the bathroom fixtures looked somewhat dated , though everything was functional.

excellent stay
amazing staff clean resort delicious food
The staff were amazing. they were very professional and willing to help with any requests. the resort itself was very clean and had many facilities from shops to pools and restaurants. breakfast was fantastic. there were so many options and cuisines. The server charles at the bar and grill restaurant was also excellent and the food was very delicious.
room faced cemetery. i didn't know if you did not opt for beach facing, your other side is facing the cemetery. parking is limited and i had to park a bit far away. i received the car in bad condition due to rain that night.

The superior double room included a comfortable bed and fresh linens. the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essential toiletries. the air conditioning worked effectively. It maintained a consistent and pleasant temperature throughout my stay.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. i noted fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order eggs were available. the restaurant staff were attentive and efficient. They ensured tables were cleared promptly and drinks were refilled quickly.

The pool area included several swimming pools with varying depths. there were plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available . the gym featured treadmills, stationary bikes, and free weights. It allowed for a comprehensive workout.

The hotel's location provided direct access to the beach. This made it easy to enjoy the ocean. there were also several shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. public transport was readily available outside. This made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful with check-in and check-out. the concierge was knowledgeable about local attractions. they provided useful information for planning my day trips. The housekeeping staff maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

amazing selection variety of options spacious pool area outdated bathroom atm service wear tear
The breakfast offered an amazing selection. I particularly appreciated the variety of options available each morning. The pool area was spacious. There were plenty of loungers available.
The bathroom looked outdated. I observed some signs of wear and tear on the fixtures. The on-site ATM was out of service. I found this inconvenient as I required cash for some tours.

fantastic family stay!
pool area breakfast variety convenient location
i really liked the garden and pool area. my kid loved the pools. breakfast had a large variety of options, it was AMAZING!!! the kids' club was also appreciated. there were restaurants and shops easily accessible from the hotel.
some balcony chairs had some bird droppings.

great variety friendly staff nice balcony
The breakfast offered great variety. Staff members were friendly and respectful. I appreciated Mr Aiman's good service. The room had a lovely view of the pools and ocean. A nice balcony was also available.
The walkway along the beach has been washed away. The beach is unusable because of debris.
